This visa meets the needs of delegates, employees or representatives attending international conferences or meetings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>The C3 visa: for members of foreign governments<\/strong><br\/>This visa is intended for members of foreign governments, their families or accompanying persons, transiting a territory on official business.
